The Samples
Welcome, Samples Fans!
Few bands have been as good to their fans as The Samples, and few fans have been as good to their band as us. For our part, we have Underwater People, a site created by and for all of us Samples fans, where we can come together and share what we love about the band.What makes Underwater People unique is that it's not a one-way transmission of information. It's a collaborative site, a wiki, if you will. That means this site lives only with the help of all of us. There's no single person that keeps this thing going, so please help out. At some time or another, The Samples music moved us (Iike a river, perhaps?), and it's up to us to pass that on.
You can edit any page on this site. It's a wiki!
You can write up a concert review, post a set list, add to the album descriptions, upload some Samples photos, just leave a comment...whatever you like. Contributing is easy, we have a whole page dedicated to how you can help. So slide on those headphones, queue up your favorite Samples songs, and let it out.
Feel free to just look around, of course. There are lots of ways to get around the site: you can follow links, use the search box, click the keywords (you have to click on "Browse by Keywords" to open the keyword panel), or use the navigation tree on the left to wander around.

Hi.. I taped this show last year at Sugarloaf Mountain. Anyone can download it for free here -

Hello all! First of all sorry for not being around the past few months. With work being crazy, and summer, and traveling etc. I just haven't had much time, although I feel bad about it! I need to get back to helping with the site and spreading the music:)
But on a vry exciting note, we here in Minnesota have two Samples shows this week after a more then year gap. And I for one could not be more excited!!!!! So if anyone here is from, or is going to be in the Minneapolis area for the shows, write a message or drop a line etc. It would be great to meet some of y'all! CANT WAIT FOR THE SHOWS! Nick |

Saw the Samples in Normal on Friday the 5th and they were fabulous as always! Great group of guys as well as musicians! Looking forward the next show! Anyone go?
