Wetpaint has the ability to resize the images for you. After you add the picture, when you still in edit mode, click the photo and a little box should pop up that says "edit image." click that and in the box that pops up there are plus and minus signs for resizing. You can't make the photo bigger than it was originally, but making it small enough to fit in the table is simple. You can do the same thing if you've used the image button on the toolbar. No need to resize it manually on your own computer.
