Welcome, Samples Fans!
Few bands have been as good to their fans as The Samples, and few fans have been as good to their band as us. Unfortunately, all the Samples fan sites have gone by the wayside over the years, and it's high time to change that.So now we have Underwater People, a site created by and for all of us Samples fans, where we can come together and share what we love about the band.
What makes Underwater People unique is that it's not a one-way transmission of information. It's a collaborative site, a wiki, if you will. That means this site lives only with the help of all of us. There's no single person that keeps this thing going, so please help out. At some time or another, The Samples music moved us (Iike a river, perhaps?), and it's up to us to pass that on.
You can edit any page on this site!
You can write up a concert review, post a set list, add to the album descriptions, upload some Samples photos, just leave a comment...whatever you like. Contributing is easy, we have a whole page dedicated to how you can help. So slide on those headphones, queue up your favorite Samples songs, and let it out.
Right now, the site is just over afew monthmonths old, so you'll notice that quite a bit ofsome information is lacking. That's where you come in. With a little help from a lot of people, we'll flesh this out in no time.
Feel free to just look around, of course. There are lots of ways to get around the site: you can follow links, use the search box, click the keywords (you have to click on "Browse by Keywords" to open the keyword panel), or use the navigation tree on the left to wander around.
